ABOUT US

Nerth offers a mix of online fitness sessions in a friendly and bilingual space.

 

Nerth aims to make it easy and fun for everyone to keep fit and healthy.  There is a mix of sessions available all week to strengthen the body, improve your fitness and mobility as well as calming the mind and relaxing. 

 

You don’t have to raise your heart rate or use weights every time.  Gwenith and Rhodd believe it’s important that you find your own Strength and enjoy moving your body in a way that makes you feel good.
