Rhodd and Gwenith are co-founders of Nerth, sisters that are passionate about enjoying a healthy and active lifestyle.


“We’re always sharing tips, encouraging and supporting each other to reach our fitness goals.  We wanted to share our knowledge and passion and build a strong, like minded community - Nerth.”

Rhodd has always enjoyed sport, when in school, she was one of the girls that practiced gymnastics in her lunch break...don’t worry there won’t be gymnastics in the sessions.  In the last ten years, she has enjoyed the benefits of bringing exercise into her weekly routine.


She enjoyes teaching sessions that raise the heart rate such as HIIT or conditioning, and also Strength especially when you can see yourself getting stronger each time.


In her spare time, Rhodd enjoys being in the outdoors - running and going on hikes, but better still having a prosecco at the end of the day!


Gwenith is a yoga teacher, training with Richard Adamo and qualified instructor with the British Wheel of Yoga.


She attended her first yoga class aged fifteen in her local leisure centre and has been hooked ever since!


Gwenith enjoys teaching and practicing vinyasa yoga (yoga that flows).  The sessions are suitable for all abilities and beginners are welcome.


In her spare time, Gwenith enjoys being active outdoors - walking the dog, running, cycling and swimming - and also stopping every now and then to take in the view and enjoy a cuppa and cake.



Sian has been practicing pilates for over 10 years and teaching for three years after gaining her Level 3 pilates qualification.


Sian enjoys keeping fit by doing CrossFit and has a background in rowing, representing a local team in competitions.


Sian enjoys being outside and walking her young (super cute and mischievous) dog.
